Teri and Ray met in the 60’s. Teri was 15 and Ray was 18. Teri was still in High School. After an introduction from a mutual friend, they were married two years later while Ray was in the Army. In the spring of 1970 they relocated to the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia where both of their children, Kris and John, were born. The introduction to Model A’s began in that same time frame. Always captivated by old cars, they were driving 1937 Dodge Coupe, a birthday present to Ray from Teri, however, a close friend drove an intriguing 1930 Tudor. In 2002 that they purchased and started a restoration of their 1931 Deluxe Coupe. It has been a love affair ever since. Furthest point driven is the Arctic Circle of Alaska. To date they have driven the coupe over 50,000 miles and have plans for many more adventures.
