Vied, Steven & Ardith

Steve was born in Traverse City, Michigan and later moved to Georgia. While growing up his family would visit his grandparents farm in Traverse City. On the farm he and his cousins were fascinated at an early age with the antique tractors and equipment. After graduating from high school Steve enlisted in the US Navy and served aboard the USS Little Rock. After attending college and some trade school, he was hired at Delta Air Lines. At Delta he worked as a mechanic and retired after 37 years of service.

Steve and Ardith were married in 1989. Ardith is a native of Fayette County. She taught school for 30 years in Peachtree City and was our church pianist for 40 years. Involvement in church is a big part of their lives.

They have one son who they are very proud of.

Steve and Ardith both enjoy traveling, visiting Flea Markets, home remodeling, and collecting antiques. They look forward to touring with The Southside A’s.
